Customer groups

You can target specific recipients and sort out extranet page's rights with customer groups.

Creating customer groups

Do this when you want to create a new customer group:

  1. Choose Customer groups from the side menu.
  2. Choose Add a customer group from the upper corner.
  3. Create a new customer group -area will open up.
  4. Choose a name for the group and press Save.

Editing the names of the customer groups

Do this when you want to edit the name of a customer group:

  1. Choose Customer groups from the side menu. Click Edit on the group you want to rename.
  2. An area where you can change the name of the group will open up.
  3. Rename the group and press Save

Deleting a customer group

Do this when you want to delete a customer group:

  1. Click Edit on the group you want to delete. You'll get to the editing mode.
  2. Click Delete group from the upper right corner.
  3. The system will ask you ''Are you sure you want to delete this group permanently?''
  4. Choose OK if you want to delete the group.

Deleting a customer group will not remove the customers from the customer register. Only the reference to the group will be deleted.
