You can target specific recipients and sort out extranet page's rights with customer groups.
Creating customer groups
Do this when you want to create a new customer group:
- Choose Customer groups from the side menu.
- Choose Add a customer group from the upper corner.
- Create a new customer group -area will open up.
- Choose a name for the group and press Save.
Editing the names of the customer groups
Do this when you want to edit the name of a customer group:
- Choose Customer groups from the side menu. Click Edit on the group you want to rename.
- An area where you can change the name of the group will open up.
- Rename the group and press Save.
Deleting a customer group
Do this when you want to delete a customer group:
- Click Edit on the group you want to delete. You'll get to the editing mode.
- Click Delete group from the upper right corner.
- The system will ask you ''Are you sure you want to delete this group permanently?''
- Choose OK if you want to delete the group.
Deleting a customer group will not remove the customers from the customer register. Only the reference to the group will be deleted.
