You can build showy slideshows that are easy to use with the Picture gallery-editor. It's easy to update new pictures to the gallery. The pictures' size can be automated when uploading the pictures to Assets, so you don't need to edit the pictured separately. You can add captions to all of the pictures. The picture gallery is often tailored according to the layout and functions in the designing phase.

Creating a new picture gallery

Do this when you want to create a new picture gallery:

1. Go to the page you want to edit and choose Picture gallery from the contents.
2. Choose Add.
3. New picture gallery -area will open up.
4. You can give a title to the gallery and choose Save. If you don't want to add a title, just choose Save.
5. A picture gallery -area has now been added to the lower corner of the page.
6. You can move the area by pressing Move with the right mouse button. Hold down the button and drag the area to a place you'd like it to go.
7. The area is empty, so you need to add content on it by choosing Add picture.

Adding pictures

Do this when you want to add pictures to a gallery:

1. Choose Add picture from the Picture gallery -content area.
2. Fill in the picture's information:
   Picture
   Choose Add file, and you'll get to choose a picture from Assets.
   Caption
   Write a caption for your picture. A caption is not mandatory.
3. Choose Save. If you want to add a new picture right away, choose Save and add new.
4. The system will convert the pictures into smaller ones, but they'll become bigger if you click on them.

Changing the order of the pictures

Do this when you want to change the order of the pictures on the gallery:

1. Choose Listing from the Picture gallery -content area.
2. Click Move on top of the picture you want to relocate with the left mouse button. Hold down the button.
3. Move the picture wherever you want it to go.
4. Release the mouse button once the picture is on the right place.
5. Choose OK.

Deleting pictures

Do this when you want to delete pictures from the gallery:

1. Choose Edit next to the picture you want to delete. You'll get into the edit mode.
2. Choose Delete.
3. The system will ask ''Are you sure you want to delete the content?''
4. Choose OK if you want to delete the picture.
5. Choose Cancel if you don't want to delete the picture.
